Refund policy

Coaching lessons
- Unused lessons, within 14 days: you can cancel and get your money back for every lesson you have not sent yet, within 14 days of buying. No reason needed.
- Used lessons: once you send a lesson to GP, the work has started, so that lesson is not refundable. By sending it you ask us to start the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
- Packs: if you used part of a pack, you get back the price of the unused lessons, worked out from the pack price (for example, 1 lesson used from a 3-lesson pack at €165 = €110 back).
- After 14 days: unused lessons never expire, so you can still use them any time. Refunds after 14 days are at GP's discretion.
- Not happy with a review? Tell GP in the lesson chat. If something was missed, he will add to it.
Ebooks
Ebooks are digital content delivered immediately. When you pay, you agree to immediate delivery and accept that you lose the 14-day EU right of withdrawal once the download is available. If a file is faulty or won't open, contact us: we will fix it or refund you.
How to ask for a refund
Send us a message from the contact page (or the email below) with the email you paid with. We reply within a few days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 days.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: it is faster for you, and a dispute freezes the lessons on your account until it is resolved.
