Terms of sale and service

Last updated 25 October 2026. By buying or using GP Golfing you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

GP Golfing (gpgolfing.net) is run by Gal Patrik Stirn, a professional golfer and coach, as a sole trader in Slovenia:

2. What we sell

Online coaching lessons with Gal Patrik Stirn, sold as packs (1 or 3 lessons).
Ebooks: digital PDF guides, delivered as a download right after payment.

All prices are in euro and are the final price you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or with a one-time link we send to your email. Coaching needs an account; ebooks can be bought without one. Keep your Google account and your email secure: what happens in your GP Golfing account is your responsibility.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, or a parent or guardian using GP Golfing for your child (the account is then yours, and you are responsible for it). If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18 without a parent behind it, we close it and delete its data.

4. How a lesson works

Buying a pack gives you that number of lessons. Lessons never expire.
For each lesson you send up to 6 videos or photos of your swing, and tell GP what you want help with.
GP reviews them personally and sends back his analysis (videos and drawn frames), drills and written notes with up to three focus points. He aims to reply within 48 hours, but this is a target, not a guarantee (tournaments and travel can make it longer).
If your videos can't be used (too dark, wrong angle, the swing is not visible), GP can ask you to send them again. This does not use up a lesson.
Each lesson has its own chat with GP for questions about that lesson.
A lesson counts as used once you send it to GP.

5. Your videos

Only send videos and photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it. Nothing offensive or unrelated to golf. You keep the rights to your videos; you allow GP to watch, draw on and comment on them to coach you. GP will never post your videos publicly without asking you first.

6. Refunds and the right of withdrawal

See the refund policy. In short: lessons you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of buying; ebooks cannot be returned once the download is available, unless the file is faulty.

7. Personal use only

Ebooks and GP's analysis are for your own use. Please don't share, resell or publish them. We may close an account that shares paid content.

8. Health and safety

Golf is physical. Coaching advice is general golf instruction, not medical advice. Warm up, practise within your limits and stop if something hurts. If you have an injury or health condition, ask a doctor first.

9. Our responsibility

We do our best to give you excellent coaching and working downloads, but we can't promise a specific result (a lower handicap, more distance). Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer in the EU.

10. Problems and complaints

Contact us first and we will sort it out. These terms are governed by Slovenian law. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you paid applies to that purchase.
